Responsibilities

• First point of contact for donors and fundraisers, handling enquiries, processing donations and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporter care through calls, emails and on-site meetings, strengthening engagement and fundraising activity.
• Assist with data management, reporting and dashboards to monitor progress and support campaigns.
• Contribute to programme delivery and campaigns, and help develop communications for supporters.
