Job summary

Kreston Reeves is recruiting an Audit Assistant Manager/Manager for its charity and not-for-profit sector in Kent. You will manage charity-focused audit clients, oversee workflow, and contribute to high-quality service across the team.

This role offers responsibility in client management, budget adherence, and development of audit processes, within a collaborative, community-driven firm culture.

Qualifications

• Charities sector experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritise and allocate all relevant client audit work to ensure efficient team workflow.
• Establish scope and budget for each audit piece and brief the team accordingly.
• Agree fees with the client prior to commencement to maximise recovery.
• Ensure audits comply with budget and KR standards, with accounts ready for review and sign-off.
• Lead and participate in regular workflow meetings to keep deadlines on track.
