Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of audit clients, building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Plan, prioritise and oversee audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and in line with quality standards.
• Review and deliver complex audit work, including consolidations and technical areas, and provide guidance on challenging assignments.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and leading audit planning and close meetings.
• Collaborate with Partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up client service and identify opportunities to introduce additional services.
• Lead, coach and develop Audit Seniors, Semi Seniors and Assistants, providing direction and support.
• Monitor workflow, budgets and deadlines to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Support business development activities, networking, client meetings and thought leadership.
