Insite Group in London is seeking an experienced Audit Manager for Charities & Not-for-Profit to lead a portfolio of charity audits, deliver high-quality outputs and develop junior staff. The role combines technical audit with stakeholder management in a purposeful sector.

The position offers hybrid working up to three days from home, a competitive salary and clear progression opportunities within a growing specialist team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing charity audit assignments.
• Strong knowledge of charity reporting and governance.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience supervising junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of charity audit clients, taking ownership of delivery, deadlines and client service.
• Lead audits from planning and risk assessment through to completion and final reporting.
• Review audit files and ensure work is completed to a high technical standard.
• Advise clients on accounting, controls, governance and sector-specific matters.
• Apply understanding of charity reporting requirements including the SORP.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a main point of contact.
• Coach, supervise and develop junior team members.
• Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and sector developments.
• Contribute to training, recruitment and wider team initiatives.
