Job summary

Siena seeks an Engineering Manager to own day-to-day delivery across Channels, Analytics, Agents and Integrations. You’ll scale a distributed team, run 1:1s, and craft debt plans so engineers can move fast without clutter or escalations.

You’ll partner with product and leadership to shape strategy, drive technical excellence, and hire senior engineers. This is a hands-on, impact-first leadership role in a fast-moving AI product environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team of engineers in a product-delivery capacity.
• Startup or scale-up experience: you know what it feels like when there's no process and no safety net, you've built from 0-1.
• Genuine AI/LLM fluency: you understand agentic systems, evals, and model reliability, not just that AI is changing everything.

Responsibilities

• Delivery cadence: own the weekly channels/analytics cadence and surface priorities with PMs and leadership.
• Developer Experience: improve things that slow engineers down and add structure where it speeds things up.
• People Development: run 1:1s, give hard feedback, help senior engineers grow toward management, and back hiring.
