Job summary

Sierra is building production-grade AI agents and a scalable platform that serves large enterprises and startups alike. You’ll own end-to-end development, from pilot to deployment, collaborating with research, product, and platform teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, balance craft and speed, and drive the evolution of Sierra's core platform with hands-on execution and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving in fast-changing environments.
• Builder mindset with agency to ship.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that scale in production environments.
• Own the ADLC from pilot to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with enterprises and startups to implement AI agents at scale.
• Shape Sierra's platform through customer feedback and collaboration with teams.
