Job summary

Siena AI is seeking a product-minded professional to become the resident expert on how our platform behaves and how agents work together as a system. You will own a defined product surface, diagnose issues, and bridge customer needs with the PM’s roadmap.

This role offers growth into product management, marketing, or deployment and is fully distributed. You’ll drive enablement content, run webinars and demos, support sales, and conduct market research to shape the product strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer feedback into product signals.
• Ability to write clear enablement content and guides.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a Siena product surface and become its resident expert.
• Learn the platform end-to-end: agents, behavior, and deployment.
• Diagnose agent behavior across product, configuration, or customer setup.
• Translate customer patterns into prioritized roadmap signals for PMs.
• Create docs, guides, and live-chat materials balancing technical and marketing needs.
• Lead webinars, demos, and support sales while conducting market research.
• Manage the support queue as a direct line to product behavior.
