Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and solve hard production issues end-to-end.
• Experience with AI agent workflows, prompts, and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Own hard problems end to end: trace, reproduce, fix, or craft a clean reproduction.
• Debug agents and prompts to ensure reliability under real traffic.
• Build runbooks or tools to prevent recurrence of issues.
