As our UK sales organisation continues to scale, we are looking for a Sales Enablement & Training Lead to elevate the performance, capability and confidence of our channel sales teams. In this role, you will design and deliver a modern enablement strategy that helps our Independent Contractors move faster, sell smarter and feel supported at every step of the customer journey. You'll combine hands‑on training delivery with strategic programme design, ensuring our teams have the tools, clarity and coaching they need to consistently meet the needs of UK merchants. This is a highly collaborative, field‑connected role that requires strong facilitation skills, a structured approach to process, and the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable guidance for sellers and their leaders. Reporting into the Channel Sales Lead, this role offers remote work within the UK.
