• Excellent organisational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Confident communication across teams and external partners.
• Proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in technology, processes and business operations.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales Director and channel team with reports, presentations and performance updates.
• Maintain partner, reseller and CRM records and dashboards.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on pipelines and partner activity.
• Coordinate onboarding of new reseller partners and manage contracts/renewals.
• Reconcile rebates, incentives and commissions with Finance.
• Communicate pricing, product updates and promotions to partners and internal teams.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews and broader sales initiatives.
• Identify process improvements, including AI/automation opportunities.
