Channel Manager – Southern Europe

Newman Stewart is currently working on behalf of a Yorkshire-based client to source an outstanding candidate for the role of Channel Manager covering Southern Europe.

The role:

The Channel Manager for Southern Europe will be responsible for increasing market share across the region by managing multiple sales channels, end users, agents, and distributors to increase sales volume and profit according to an agreed sales strategy.

This includes:

  • Understanding the current route to market and building relationships with existing partners
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and technical, to promote new products and services
  • Negotiating commercial agreements to maximize profitability

Your profile:

  • Experience working nationally with an understanding of business development in new regions
  • Strategic, innovative, highly commercial, and analytical
  • Strong networking and business development skills with supporting evidence
  • Proven track record of new business development
  • Knowledge of European languages is an advantage
