Job description

Monday.com is growing and looking for a Channel Partner Manager to manage our partners in the UK. This role includes managing all relationships and sales efforts with our channel partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities, mainly for strategic business. The channel manager is responsible for the constant growth of their partners' businesses and teams, managing them along with their pipeline and forecasts. The role may also involve developing channel relationships from scratch. This position will be based in our London office.

About The Role

Monday.com is expanding and seeking a Channel Partner Manager for our UK operations. Responsibilities include managing relationships and sales efforts with channel partners, focusing on strategic business. The manager will drive growth for partners' businesses and teams, oversee pipelines and forecasts, and develop new channel relationships as needed. The role is based in London.

  • Develop and execute strategies for building new and nurturing existing partnerships.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and account management with partners.
  • Establish strong partnerships, balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Assess financial and non-financial benefits and risks of partnerships.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize partnership performance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Manage your partner portfolio to meet targets and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, managing relationships through all stages.
  • Willingness to travel as needed or work from partner/customer offices.
Your Experience & Skills
  • At least 6 years of experience in SaaS sales roles.
  • Over 1 year of experience managing Channel Partners or Resellers (preferred).
  • Proven sales track record from opportunity to close.
  • Experience in account and quota planning.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Public speaking experience is a plus.
