What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and expanding sales opportunities with a focused group of existing resellers
  • Nurturing and onboarding new partnership opportunities
  • Achievement of pipeline goals and revenue targets
  • Provide product training to partners and inform them about complimentary services offered
  • Develop and leverage partner relationships to grow Invicti's brand relevance across all levels of the partner organization
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and training teams to deliver go-to-market support and develop partner-specific sales and marketing plans
  • Guide partners to build a solutions portfolio aligned with market opportunities
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements
  • Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales
  • Drive partner performance through regular reviews and communication of achievement against business goals
  • Maintain strong alignment with the Invicti Partner Program
  • Leverage reseller community relationships to introduce Invicti to new opportunities
  • Schedule, prepare, and lead quarterly Business Review meetings with cross-functional audiences
  • Meet with Partners & Distributors early each quarter to update business plans and set targets

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Fluency in German desired
  • Proven ability to grow partner business and build trust-based relationships
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong financial and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is a remote position—must have a suitable workspace
