Ministry of Justice in the UK seeks a Change Systems Project Officer (Band 3) to drive change across the HMPPS gateway and EQuiP systems. You will map processes, develop digital solutions with Power Platform, and manage stakeholder engagement across national teams. Hybrid working is available with office presence required in specified sites.

You will support training, communication, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and accessibility of systems for all users.

Formación

• Experience implementing change projects and process improvements.
• Basic financial analysis skills and project planning experience.
• Experience with documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate process mapping workshops to visualise workflows and improvements.
• Manage and streamline organisational processes for efficiency.
• Support change management initiatives with training and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and deploy digital solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Engage stakeholders across areas to gather requirements and communicate updates.
• Provide exceptional internal/external customer service on change services.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor outcomes with MI data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure accessibility of change systems and content for all users.
• Collect, analyse and report MI data to support decision making.
