Job summary

prosource.it is seeking a Change & Release Analyst to join our busy Information Systems function. You will ensure that changes to systems and services are assessed, scheduled and implemented with minimal disruption, working with technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Lead, you will drive improvements to change and release practices, manage the CAB schedule, monitor KPIs, and promote CI/CD principles across the estate.

Qualifications

• ITIL change and release management experience in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate changes to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse impacts, risks and root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Experience tailoring operating models for IS/tech teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop change and release policies to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with IS teams and business units to identify change impacts and communicate plans.
• Review change requests, operate as escalation point for information requests and outages.
• Manage CAB schedule, KPIs, and drive automation and CI/CD adoption.
