Job summary

Computacenter in Hatfield is seeking a Change and Release Management professional to govern changes, coordinate releases, and support service stability while enabling growth. You will coordinate scope, readiness, implementation and post-release activities across customer and internal teams.

You will evaluate RFCs, facilitate approvals, maintain compliant records, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic, cross-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Change Requests for impact, risk and alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate approvals and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Maintain records of changes for compliance and audit.
• Coordinate release scope, readiness, implementation and post-release activity.
• Attend and chair CAB meetings when needed.
• Produce change management reports on agreed timescales.
• Coordinate release readiness activities across teams.
• Escalate issues per company processes.
