Job summary

Great British Energy - Nuclear seeks a Change Manager to lead end-to-end change management within the SMR programme. You will translate strategic change into practical plans, manage stakeholders across functions, and partner with project managers, SMEs, HR, safety, and suppliers to implement new processes and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on change management experience in complex programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across functions.
• Degree and change management certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change management for SMR initiatives.
• Create deployment plans, readiness tracking and adoption measures.
• Coordinate with PMs, SMEs, HR, safety and suppliers.
• Develop adoption materials and trainings.
• Monitor adoption and provide progress updates.
