Great British Energy - Nuclear is seeking a Project Integration Manager to support the Project Integration Lead in operating the integration capability for the Gwyndod SMR project. You will coordinate cross-functional interfaces and dependencies, turning complex inputs into clear, tracked priorities with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in project delivery or project management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Integration Lead and Senior Project Integration Manager in operating and improving the Project Integration capability for the Gwyndod Project.
• Manage assigned integration workstreams, interfaces and dependencies across internal teams, enabling functions, Tier 1 contractors and strategic workstreams.
• Identify, coordinate and progress cross-boundary interfaces, dependencies, assumptions, actions and decisions, ensuring ownership is clear and progress is tracked.
• Coordinate closure of cross-cutting actions and decisions by bringing stakeholders together, confirming accountabilities, tracking progress and escalating blockers where required.
• Maintain clear records of integration issues, risks, opportunities, dependencies, assumptions, actions and decision points for assigned areas.
• Prepare concise integration updates and inputs to support reporting, governance forums and senior decision-making.
