Job summary

Cathcart Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead adoption and business readiness across a large COINS ERP transformation program. You will own the end-to-end change workstream, engaging stakeholders and ensuring teams are prepared for new ways of working.

This 16-month contract offers a £500/day rate inside IR35 and a hybrid UK working model. You’ll collaborate with programme, project and technical teams to drive training, communications and go-live

Ready to lead the people side of a major ERP transformation?

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, engagement and business readiness across a large-scale COINS ERP transformation programme. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the end-to-end change workstream, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared, and new ways of working are successfully embedded.

What we’re looking for:

• **Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes
• **Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise
• **Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills
• **ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP
• **Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable
