Job summary

Edinburgh City Football Club Limited is seeking a Change Manager to lead adoption and business readiness across a major COINS ERP transformation. The role is hybrid in the UK and pays £500/day Inside IR35 for a 16-month contract.

You will own the end-to-end change workstream, deliver stakeholder communications, training programmes and track adoption, while coordinating with programme, project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ready to lead the people side of a major ERP transformation?

We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, engagement and business readiness across a large-scale COINS ERP transformation programme. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the end-to-end change workstream, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared, and new ways of working are successfully embedded.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the change strategy and business change plan
• Delivering stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes
• Driving business readiness across regional, site-based and central teams
• Tracking adoption, managing risks and supporting go-live, cutover and hypercare activities
• Working closely with programme, project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise
• Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills
• ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP
• Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable
