Your new role
In this role, you will spearhead the change management strategy for a system implementation project, ensuring a seamless and impactful transition. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align their needs with project goals. Your responsibilities include crafting and executing comprehensive change management plans, incorporating innovative communication, training, and support strategies. Utilizing cutting-edge change methodologies, you will navigate and mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth transition. You will monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adapting strategies to foster continuous improvement and innovation. What you'll need to succeed
Our client seeks a dynamic Change Manager with proven experience leading enterprise change initiatives, especially large-scale system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's 8-Step Process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as relevant qualifications in change management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CMS, CMP). Please note, candidates with primarily project management experience and change responsibilities should not apply.
