A leading cruise line company in Southampton is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time role on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will manage key change projects ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder expectations. Ideal candidates will have professional project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, and a track record of delivering in an agile environment. This role offers a collaborative workplace with a focus on service excellence and impact.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned change programs within CCS. This includes managing the day-to-day running of change project workstreams including planning, risk and issue management, project progress reporting, management of the project team and the project deliverables.
You will play an instrumental role in the development and delivery of existing and new business processes and projects, which drive greater service excellence, cost efficiencies for the corporation and development of CCS processes and standards.
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for planning and supporting strategic change by supporting the matrix project teams in the integration of change activities into the project plans and will ensure business readiness for the change and that project objectives and business benefits are delivered.

Positioned within our internal structure from CCS15 (entry level) to CCS1 (Senior Vice President), this role is classified as a CCS06, offered as a full-time position, on six-month fixed term contract, based in Carnival House, Southampton being office based three days a week, including Wednesdays.
