Change Management Lead (Strategic Initiatives) – Slough/Hybrid

Role Overview

The Senior Manager for Change Management is responsible for establishing standards and guidance for successful change, deploying the Strategic Initiatives Office change approach, and focusing on the people side of change—including processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures. The role applies the Prosci change management process and tools to develop strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Proven experience in change management, particularly in large-scale transformations from design to BAU handover
  • Strategic thinking and design skills, with experience in developing engaging communications and training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and projects
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the change strategy and plan for the Strategic Initiatives Office, establishing standards and guidance for successful change deployment
  • Support the SIO Lead by managing performance and results
  • Maintain and own the Strategic Initiatives Office change methodology, tools, and reporting, ensuring alignment with the Change CoE and MGS Strategic Portfolio Office
  • Lead and manage change initiatives using Mars Prosci methodology, covering design, planning, communication, training, and stakeholder management
  • Promote awareness of the Strategic Initiatives Office offering among key stakeholders and the wider change network
  • Provide proactive change support across strategic initiatives, identifying and mitigating potential risks
