Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a leading Legal Firm for an HR Systems Change Management Lead for a 12-month FTC, working 4 days a week with the potential for extension to 18 months.

This role is pivotal for the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, supporting the core phases of the project.

Responsibilities include designing the global change management strategy, developing stakeholder assessments, and collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. You will lead change management, deployment, and communication efforts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with HRIS/SuccessFactors implementation, PROSCI certification (or equivalent), and strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills across multiple workstreams. Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and IT proficiency are also required.

This role requires flexibility to work across various time zones.
