Head of Programmes & Change Management

HealthHero's Enterprise business unit in UK & Ireland focuses on helping clients—insurance, corporate, and private healthcare providers—offer world-class virtual healthcare services. These services aim to improve clinical outcomes, reduce absenteeism, and increase retention through digital tools and personalized patient experiences. We deliver services via web portals and mobile apps, combining clinical and digital capabilities to achieve high patient satisfaction and quality standards.

As the European market leader, HealthHero is shaping the virtual healthcare industry. Our projects include scaling planned care, supporting chronic conditions like Long Covid, ADHD, and women's health, and integrating new digital health components such as symptom assessment and third-party service workflows.

The successful candidate will work on projects such as:

  • Optimizing customer service channels and introducing AI-enabled chat and digital booking systems.
  • Enhancing clinician productivity through new practice management and electronic health records platforms.
  • Rolling out connected healthcare propositions with digital assessments, mixed clinician models, and third-party services.
  • Managing end-to-end change projects impacting clinical operations, technology, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project control and change coordination impacting HealthHero operations.
  • Define programme objectives and monitor progress using quality metrics like financial performance, process efficiency, and satisfaction scores.
  • Document project timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies within our risk management framework.
  • Coordinate change management efforts across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in prioritizing resources based on impact assessments.
  • Report regularly to the operational board on project status.

Accountability:

Report directly to the Managing Director – Operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Primary Healthcare, ideally with both Private and Public sectors.
  • Strong project and change management skills with knowledge of methodologies.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across technology, clinical, and operational areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage change-related conflicts.
  • Understanding of clinical and resource management systems, approval processes, and quality assurance.
  • Ownership mindset with enthusiasm for strategic projects.
  • Active listening skills and proactive issue resolution.
