Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant - Business Change & Transformation

Our Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions for a broad range of business challenges. We work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research, analysis, deep expertise, and thought leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Life Sciences clients across the UK & EU to drive cultural and organizational design projects (e.g., change enablement, change readiness, ways of working, process optimization, restructuring, and capability improvements).
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key contact on project aspects.
• Support program management, conduct status updates, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project goals are met.
• Enhance problem-solving skills and ZS's capabilities.
• Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams.

What You’ll Bring

• PhD or Master’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, or life sciences.
• 4-5 years of experience in strategic business transformation projects like organizational design, change enablement, process optimization, and restructuring.
• A passion for the Life Sciences industry and healthcare ecosystem.
• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
