Job summary

You will collaborate with the Change Manager, project managers and stakeholders to embed changes, identify benefits, and deliver against agreed plans. Strong communication and change-management experience are essential for success.

• Experience in change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Change Management Team and Service Leads in reviewing and capturing current working practices and proposing future ways of working.
• Support with identifying emergent benefits when working through current processes with service leads.
• Embed process changes within the business and deliver requirements against project plans and timelines.
• Provide guidance to operational and clinical teams to understand transformation programme plans and timescales.
