Job summary

Royal London is seeking an experienced Change Framework Implementation & Transition Lead to manage the design, mobilisation and implementation of the evolved Change Framework, with a focus on Lean Portfolio Management and agile delivery at scale. This 12-month fixed-term role is hybrid, based near Alderley Park, Wilmslow, and supports governance across Technology, Finance, People and PMO.

You will translate future ways of working into practical standards and roadmaps, shape the target portfolio,

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, implementing and managing enterprise change frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and agile-at-scale operating models.
• Experience translating operating models into governance, roles and processes.
• Understanding of portfolio management, prioritisation and governance in regulated settings.
• Experience leading complex change programmes and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the evolved Change Framework and delivery methods.
• Translate future ways of working into governance, standards and practical guidance.
• Own an integrated implementation roadmap and prioritised backlog with dependencies.
• Shape the target portfolio model and migration approach including funding and tooling.
• Support reskilling, recruitment and transition with functional leaders.
• Establish the Change Framework & Methods team and its governance.
• Align policy with the future framework across three lines of defence.
• Lead pilots, adoption activity and continuous improvement using evidence.
