Job summary

Michael Page Finance is seeking a Change Communications Specialist for a large London-based public sector organisation. You will craft and deliver clear communications to support technology transformation, ensuring stakeholders understand and engage with changes to keep projects on track.

You will develop strategies, tailor content for diverse audiences, monitor campaign effectiveness, and advise on best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering communications for complex technology change, especially with hard-to-reach audiences.
• Knowledge of ADKAR model and applying it across large, diverse workforces and readiness networks is a plus.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with strong writing skills.

Profile

To be successful on this change project the Change Communications Specialist will bring the following skills and attributes:

• A proven track record in delivering communications for complex technology change projects, particularly with hard to reach audiences.
• Knowledge of ADKAR model and application across large, diverse workforces, business readiness and building change networks is a distinct advantage.
• Is as comfortable being strategic as using your strong writing skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, particularly effective use of AI tools for audience reach.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.

Job Offer

• Daily rate upto £450 (umbrella), dependent on relevant knowledge and track record
• 6m rolling, vetting will be required.
