Job summary

Tate is seeking an Internal Communications and Change Manager to support a major organisational change programme at Chilworth Science Park, Southampton. You will lead communication planning, create cross-channel content, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to ensure messages are timely and employee-focused.

The role is fixed-term, with a start ASAP and end date 1st April 2027, offering £20-£24 per hour. Collaboration across teams will be essential in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for an experienced communications professional to support a major organisational change programme. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that help employees understand, navigate and engage with change.

You'll lead communication planning, create impactful content across multiple channels and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring messaging is timely, consistent and employee-focused.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience supporting organisational change, transformation or transition programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities
• Experience developing and delivering engagement campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Understanding of restructures, redundancy processes or TUPE
• Internal communications or employee engagement experience within a complex organisation
