Job summary

Michael Page Finance is recruiting a Change Co-Ordinator in Manchester for a temporary, immediate-start role within the public sector. You will coordinate administrative and operational activities across the Change Programme, maintaining trackers, action logs, and project plans to support delivery.

You will prepare documents, reports and briefing materials for informed decision-making, support the People Directorate, manage shared inboxes, and escalate sensitive issues as needed while ensuring

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and accuracy, with robust audit trails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to commute to Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities across the Change Programme, maintaining trackers and project plans.
• Prepare, produce, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the People Directorate to provide administrative and coordination support.
• Manage shared team inboxes, respond to routine enquiries, and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation complies with governance, policies and audits.
