Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Change Assurance professional to lead risk assessments and independent assurance across strategic product, process and system changes. You will work with project teams to identify risks, design controls, and provide evidence-based recommendations to protect customers and revenue.

You’ll collaborate in cross-functional squads, applying data-driven techniques to monitor ongoing assurance and strengthen governance across BT’s transformation portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, assurance, controls, audit or governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for strategic changes, mapping customer journeys and end-to-end services.
• Perform risk and control assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide independent challenge and evidence-based recommendations to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate in a squad to design and implement assurance controls.
• Support assurance through the full change lifecycle from discovery to implementation and review.
