Job summary

BT plc is seeking a Change Assurance professional to lead risk and control assessments across strategic product and process changes in our global networks. You will partner with project teams, product owners and senior stakeholders to design assurance controls and monitor risks throughout the change lifecycle.

You will apply data-driven analysis, including SQL techniques, to identify risks, validate outcomes and strengthen compliance, while championing accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, assurance, controls, audit or revenue assurance.
• Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills with data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management for Agile cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate complex info to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for strategic product and change, mapping customer journeys and billing processes.
• Perform risk and control assessments, identifying mitigations and assurance requirements.
• Provide independent challenge and risk-based recommendations to teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate within project squads to design, build and implement assurance controls.
• Support the full change lifecycle from discovery to warranty and exception management.
• Identify opportunities to improve control effectiveness and automate processes.
• Produce high-quality risk assessments, SOWs and management insight.
