Change Analyst

Central London (Hybrid) | 12-month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to £55,000 per annum

Our client is on a mission to sustain and support communities by ensuring access to essential financial services. The Role

As a Change Analyst, you’ll play a key role in assessing, implementing, and embedding business change across multiple functions. You’ll support a wide range of projects, from business transformation initiatives to continuous improvement programmes that drive efficiency and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement, and research to define and document business requirements.
  • Project Delivery: Support project managers to define outcomes, success metrics, and track progress against key milestones.
  • Risk Management: Maintain RAID logs, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with the organisation’s risk framework.
  • Data & Process Analysis: Conduct analysis and root cause investigations to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop storyboards, process maps, and visual materials to communicate change effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Business Readiness: Support implementation planning through process documentation, training materials, and go/no-go checklists.

  • Proven experience in business analysis or change delivery.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
