Job summary

The R&A is seeking a Catering Operations Manager - Championships to lead planning and delivery of hospitality and catering services for high-profile events, including AIG Women’s Open and related championships. You will manage budgets, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

You will work across venues, lead supplier engagement, and drive continuous improvement in service standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in major event catering environments.
• Strong project management skills and/or certification.
• Experience liaising with high-profile individuals, service providers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scoping and delivery of catering operations for major events over 12–24 months.
• Design internal operational layouts for hospitality environments and catering facilities onsite.
• Oversee supplier tender processes, contractors and budgets in line with policy.
