Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland, the official Wimbledon caterer, is seeking a Hospitality Head Chef to lead high-end culinary operations for The Championships in London. You will own the culinary vision, design innovative menus, manage live event delivery, and ensure exceptional food quality and service at scale.

You will drive sustainability, work with local suppliers, optimise menus based on data, and lead teams to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the culinary vision for The Championships' Hospitality operation, creating innovative menus and standout dining concepts.
• Lead the full culinary journey from menu development and tastings through mobilisation, live event delivery, and post-event review.
• Bring creativity to every plate with detailed recipes, flavour profiles, and compelling descriptions.
• Champion seasonality and sustainability, sourcing quality local ingredients in partnership with purchasing.
• Use insight and data to optimise menus, stock levels, and waste across Hospitality areas.
• Create efficient production schedules balancing quality, time, storage and cost.
• Maintain exceptional standards with properly equipped kitchens and resources.
• Benchmark guest feedback and trends to evolve the offer.
• Lead from the front during The Championships, ensuring flawless food quality and presentation.
• Inspire teams, deliver culinary projects, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
