Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated advisor to manage a caseload of participants in custody, providing high quality support and guidance to enable engagement and progression toward sustainable employment.

You will support participants to break down barriers to resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, and develop enhanced skillsets, while undergoing enhanced vetting checks to work in a prison setting. The role is based at HMP Ford and offers a range of employee benefits.

Purpose

enabling participants to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement,
achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, leading them into an ultimate
goal of sustainable employment.

The successful candidate will undergo enhanced vetting checks to work in a prison setting.
