Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated peripatetic worker to cover vacant locations and manage a caseload of participants in custody and in the community. You will provide high quality support and guidance to help participants engage and overcome barriers to successful resettlement and employment.

The role requires passing HMPPS vetting and offers opportunities to work across multiple East of England locations, with comprehensive employee benefits and flexible working options.

  • Must pass HMPPS vetting as a mandatory part of the role.

Purpose

To provide peripatetic cover in vacant locations to manage a caseload of participants in custody, and community, providing high quality support and guidance, enabling participants to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, leading them into an ultimate goal of sustainable employment.

The successful candidate must pass HMPPS vetting as a mandatory part of the role.

Location

Multiple roles across the East of England that depending on successful candidate's location can cover Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Luton, Hertfordshire, Peterborough, Bedford, Luton
