Job summary

Shaw Trust based in Southampton is seeking a role focused on managing a caseload of participants, helping them access resettlement opportunities and develop essential skills. The post involves facilitating activity hubs and delivering outreach at pop-up Satellite Hubs across the region.

The role supports individuals to engage, overcome barriers, and achieve milestones, with emphasis on inclusivity and practical learning in a community setting.

Purpose

Managing a caseload of participants in the community and CFO (Creating Future Opportunities) Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.

Location: You will be based in Southampton
