Job summary

The role demands a commercially minded, qualified accountant with experience in high-growth, PE-backed environments and a track record of driving acquisitions, integration and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong governance, controls and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to CEO, Board and investors.
• Lead finance and build a high-performing team for growth.
• Drive strategic plan delivery and PE value-creation initiatives.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Provide insightful reporting to Board, shareholders and lenders.
• Strengthen financial systems, controls and governance.
