This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant to move beyond finance into broader business leadership, translating strategy into execution and driving performance across the organisation.

Reporting to the CEO and Executive Team, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support investor relations, and help shape strategic decisions, governance and planning

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with finance and commercial experience.
• Experience in PE-backed or growth-focused environments is a plus.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and boards.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional projects and governance initiatives across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with the CFO.
• Coordinate senior stakeholder communications and reporting.
• Drive accountability and performance across the organisation.
• Engage with investors and contribute to value creation initiatives.
