Job summary

Finatal is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join a PE-backed, technology-enabled services platform undergoing an ambitious buy-and-build journey. The role will build the finance function, governance and reporting frameworks to support rapid scale, while partnering with the PE CEO on value creation and investment plans.

The CFO will lead financial planning, controls and KPI reporting, support acquisitions and post-acquisition integration, and drive international expansion and data-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience in private equity-backed, founder-led or high-growth businesses.
• Track record of EBITDA growth and value creation programmes.
• Experience with buy-and-build, M&A execution and integration.

Responsibilities

• Build the finance function and scalable platform for growth.
• Lead FP&A, forecasting, cash management and reporting.
• Implement robust controls, governance and reporting frameworks.
• Develop board-quality KPI reporting and MI for decision-making.
• Support acquisitions through origination, diligence and integration.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and reporting harmonisation.
• Define and execute international expansion strategy for scale.
