Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth PE-backed professional services business. As a key partner to the CEO, PE Fund and leadership team, the CFO will accelerate growth, drive profitability and deliver the value creation plan.

The CFO will own the finance function, provide strategic insight and robust decision support across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, and strengthen forecasting, reporting and data

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ACMA Chartered Accountant with CFO-level experience in PE-backed professional services.
• Proven track record in M&A, integration and delivering exits.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and KPI discipline.
• Experience managing lenders and covenants through the cycle.
• Excellent communication with the board and investors.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and lead financial planning, reporting and control.
• Drive profitability improvement and deliver the value creation plan.
• Strengthen forecasting, management reporting and data quality for visibility.
• Lead treasury, liquidity management and lender relationships.
