Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search seeks a high-caliber Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing, PE-backed Professional Services business. You will be a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, shaping financial strategy, forecasting, and value creation as the company scales.

The role focuses on building a robust finance function, delivering high-quality data, and supporting the next phase of growth and potential exit. Strong PE and M&A experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent.
• Experience leading finance in PE-backed environments.
• Involvement with M&A, acquisitions and integrations.
• Track record of delivering value creation and exit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and provide commercial leadership.
• Strengthen forecasting, planning and reporting, with robust MI.
• Manage relationships with lenders and PE investor; provide Board reporting.
• Drive automation and scalable processes to support growth.
