PhysicsX is a deep-tech company building an AI-driven simulation software stack for engineering and manufacturing across advanced industries. This CFD Engineer (Delivery) role involves creating practical solutions that help customers make better engineering decisions, often directly on-site, and integrating CAE models into AI tools.

The role is based in London with 2-3 days in the central office, offering growth toward IC or Team Lead positions and collaboration with data scientists, ML

Qualifications

• : Growing foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer and multiphase modelling, with ability to apply core engineering principles in real-world problems.
• : Experience with CAE workflows and automation in Python or similar
• : Comfortable working directly with customers and contributing to AI-driven simulation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• : Build models from geometry cleanup to meshing, simulation and post-processing for simple to moderate cases.
• : Contribute to automation of simulation pipelines for design optimisation and DoE studies.
• : Support customer-facing work by presenting results clearly under supervision, progressing toward independent delivery.
• : Collaborate at the intersection of CAE and Data Science to generate datasets for ML models.
