Job summary

Internationalinsuranceprofessionals in the CFAS division seeks a claims and financial loss analyst to assess business interruption and related losses, negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, and representing the team in external meetings.

You will travel for site visits, review financial data, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assess external and internal business interruption and financial claims
• Receive, review and analyse financial information
• Prepare reports commenting in detail on the review and conclusion of analytical work
• Visit Insurers, Reinsurers, Claimants and the Insured
• Communicate regularly with all interested parties, calculating and approving interim payments, preparing interim reports and other communication
• Calculate and agreeing settlement of claims, and preparing final reports
• Assist in the development of less experienced staff members
• Develop working relationships with existing clients and help identify and plan approaches to new clients
• Maintain and update files and records keeping fully up to date on any technical or legal changes
• Identify and develop business opportunities for self and team

• Part of the CFAS division
• Involved in the assessment of business interruption and other financial losses arising on behalf of clients.
• Negotiating and settlement of claims.
• Work within and part of the wider GTS team.
• Travel and undertake site visits and external meetings
• Marketing and promotion of self and business both internally and externally

Responsibilities

• Work both externally and internally assessing business interruption and financial claims
• Receiving and reviewing and analysing financial information.
• Preparing reports commenting in detail on the review and conclusion of analytical work.
• Visiting Insurers, Reinsurers, Claimants and the Insured.
