Job summary

Sincereal UK is seeking dedicated Operating Technicians to join our cereal production team at Bromborough. You will operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment to meet daily targets, while upholding food safety standards and quality.

This role involves shifts (days/nights), 42 hours per week, and potential discretionary annual bonus. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or food processing environment.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation.
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours.
• Experience in food manufacturing (preferably cereal or FMCG).
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or food safety standards.
• Operational qualification (NVQ / Apprenticeship or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cereal processing and packaging equipment.
• Meet daily output and performance targets.
• Perform start-up, changeovers and shutdowns per SOPs.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Follow HACCP, GMP and allergen controls.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
