Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is recruiting a Manufacturing Team Member for Staverton, Wiltshire. The role involves working on a 42-hour per week schedule across days and nights as part of a full-time permanent contract.

You will join a dedicated team in a factory with over 200 colleagues, contributing to the end-to-end cereal production from processing to dispatch, while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Numeracy, literacy and IT skills expected.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Lead with a safety mindset in all tasks.
• Able to actively troubleshoot and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe, efficient production of breakfast cereals and minimise waste while meeting quality standards and schedules.
• Maintain high hygiene standards on your line at all times.
• Ensure production line meets all standards to support high-quality output.
• Record quality checks and participate in focus groups to drive sustainable improvements.
• Support and contribute to factory-wide safety programmes.
