Agora Talent Ltd is partnering with a VC-backed deep-tech scale-up in London to recruit a Chief of Staff (or VP Strategy & Corporate Development) who will work closely with the SLT and act as the CEO's right hand as the company scales.

The role covers owning the board and investor narrative, hands-on fundraising, strategic planning, and international partnerships, with a strong emphasis on leading the AI programme to boost output per head. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualificações

• 7+ years across consulting, banking, corp dev, strategy or VC-backed operating roles.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environment is essential.
• Hands-on equity fundraising experience, ideally Series A or beyond.

Responsabilidades

• Own the board and investor agenda with board papers and shareholder updates.
• Lead fundraising activities alongside the CEO and finance.
• Lead strategy, financial modelling, and develop the annual plan.
• Shape corporate structure, partnerships and deals, including international work.
• Lead the company's AI programme to improve output per head.
