Consult in London seeks a Chief of Staff (or VP Strategy & Corporate Development) to work closely with the CEO and SLT. You’ll own the board and investor narrative, help shape the long-term plan, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing, VC-backed deep-tech scale-up.

The role combines strategic finance, dealmaking, partnerships, and leading an AI programme to increase output per head. It requires 7+ years across consulting, banking, corp dev, or VC-backed operating roles, plus

Qualifications

• 7+ years across consulting, banking, corp dev, strategy or VC-backed operating roles.
• Experience in equity raises (Series A or beyond) and fundraising.
• Strong ability to write at board level and shape investor communications.

Responsabilités

• Own board and investor agenda: board papers, shareholder updates, and align plan/investor story.
• Hands-on with fundraising alongside CEO and finance.
• Strategy, financial modelling and scenario planning, translated into annual plan.
• Corporate structure, partnerships and deals, including international work.
• Lead the company's AI programme to double output per head.
